Our decoupage tissue box covers are handmade to order by our wonderful team in Houston, TX. They easily slide over any cubed tissue box cover. The artwork is hand-cut, decoupaged, and polished. Each tissue box cover is hand painted in gold or silver around the edges as the finishing touch.
